With a warm welcome we greet you in the name of Christ! God offers each of us acceptance and love. At St. James First Assembly, we strive to show love to our Creator and pass that love to others as we gather as God's family.
We would love for you to make First Assembly your church home. If you are just passing through the area, please feel free to join us for one of our services! We are easily accessible from Interstate 44, at the St. James 195 Exit. Truckers are welcome with semi parking available on the east parking lot.

Rev. Mick & Sharon Thrasher
Rev. Mick Thrasher is a graduate of Southwestern Assemblies of God University, Waxahachie, Texas. He served 3 1/2 years on the evangelistic field before pastoring churches in Chester, Illinois, Union City, Tennessee, and St. James, Missouri. Pastor Thrasher is anointed to teach and preach the Bible to all ages.
Sharon Thrasher serves as the church receptionist and Pastor's assistant. Together they have three wonderful children, Michael, Joy, & Mark, all of whom are in church serving the Lord.
